Therefore, environmental protection has been a main regulatory issue since the micro resist technology was founded. Establishing an environmental management system can only be interpreted as a logical consequence of this historical background. As a chemical company we are aware of the fact that this cannot be achieved just by “gut feeling”, but, rather should follow internationally acknowledged standards. Our goal is to make use of any possibility to apply protective measures to guarantee the ecological and economical sustainability for our company.

We proudly announce that micro resist technology has passed the certification audit according to DIN EN ISO 14001, as planned on 01 November 2011 without any deviations. We will consistently continue to preserve our claim to develop ways for environmentally compatible processes and products together with our customers and suppliers.
