Since 2006, a team of quality specialists from all disciplines has been
ensuring that this attitude to quality permeates the whole company.
Every department defines measurable quality objectives each year
derived from
the board’s objectives.
The company’s alignment with the business excellence model for quality
has been publicly acknowledged: we have twice won the Berlin-Brandenburg
Quality Award in the category “Manufacturing company with up to 50
staff” (2002, 2006).
This company lives and breathes its approach to quality – the quality
specifications are designed to be consistent and a highly-developed team
spirit can be found among staff. Employees’ skills are utilized for
